Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product at medgurumedicalsupply.com. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to assist.

If you wish to make a return, see our policies below. We want to ensure that you are totally happy with your shopping. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, contact us at support@medgurumedicalsupply.com

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

Return Policy

We will accept return requests for unopened and unused items with the original tags still intact. The products must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition in which they were received. Due to strict FDA regulations, we do not accept returns of disposable medical equipments such as ( CPAP masks, tubes, filters, e.t.c ) once they have been opened. Disposable Medical Equipments are considered contaminated once the seal of the package is broken and can not be resold.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days from the date you received your item.

Damaged items

Using a patented packaging process, we guarantee that more than 99.7% of the packages arrive in the same perfect conditions as they left our warehouse. In the unlikely event that you receive a broken, incorrect or incorrectly labeled product, file a complaint with our support team as soon as possible, within 2-3 days of delivery via support@medgurumedicalsupply.com

Once we receive the returned item, we will review and process the refund through a voucher or bank transfer, depending on the option selected, and this cannot be changed after the option has been registered by our CS team.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and we are processing your request. We will respond with another email once the request has been processed to inform you if your return has been approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded according to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. All payment companies differ in the time it takes to confirm a payment, so it is likely that the refund takes a few days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to exchange the item for a new one. These items must meet our return criteria to be in a sealable condition when returning to the MEDGURU MEDICAL SUPPLY. Once MEDGURU MEDICAL SUPPLY has received and verified the items, the items that will be exchanged will be sent to the customer. All shipping costs associated with the exchanges are borne by the customer.

Send an email to support@medgurumedicalsupply.com within 30 days of receiving the product to begin the process.

Return shipping

After sending a return request to support@medgurumedicalsupply.com we will send you a PDF with a pripaid return shipping label << Our return address is : 833 3rd St SW #5 New Brighton Minnesota, 55112 >> Please print it and put it in the package. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping cost of the refund.

Shipping costs

As we strive to have no mistakes, we realize that we are not perfect and that mistakes occur. If the wrong products have been sent or the products were defective, inform us immediately and we will correct the situation at our expense. We will send the correct items along with a return label to return the wrong items to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot issue shipping refunds for items returned under any other circumstances.

 Insurance

If you are sending an item over $ 75, consider buying shipping insurance to make sure it arrives. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
