We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service for most shipping locally and abroad but have FEDEX and DHL options as well. For those customers wishing to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska (shipping charges may apply). USPS is utilized for all shipments with APO/FFO address.
All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Minneapolis, MN or in some unique cases directly from the manufacturers. Courtesy items may ship separately from your purchased products. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your package through your account page by clicking on your orders tab.
With UPS,Fedex or USPS Shipping, you will receive your order anywhere from 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Standard Shipping is via UPS,Fedex or USPS shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, sometimes a particular order may take longer than another.
